Every Thursday, founders and investors meet here for a pitch session, and the auditorium hosts talks and demos the rest of the month. The space started life as the office of a venture capital fund focused on tech start-ups, which opened it to outside teams in 2013. Factorial and Quipu are among the companies that grew up here. Specialty coffee made by baristas is included in the membership, and a restaurant at the heart of the space means lunch doesn’t require going out. Dogs are welcome.
