Three floors of Jean Nouvel’s Torre Glòries, at the entrance to the 22@, are given over to coworking, wrapped around a 25th floor reserved for conferences. The circular façade gives a 360° view, with each window framing a different part of the city. Studio Banana designed the floors around wellbeing, adding unusual features such as a climbing wall. The conference centre takes up to a hundred people for an event or a team meeting. A shared workspace desk is €270/month, and private offices start at €380 per desk.
The tower has its own restaurant, so lunch doesn’t mean leaving the building, and cyclists get showers and bike storage. Glòries metro (L1) is right at the foot of the building and runs to Plaça de Catalunya without a change. Since 2024, a new tram stop on the square has served all three Trambesòs lines. Around a dozen bus routes also pass through Glòries, and El Clot-Aragó station, on the Rodalies network, is under ten minutes on foot. Right opposite, the anvil-shaped Disseny Hub houses the Museu del Disseny and a 320-seat auditorium, useful for a larger event.
