More than 1,250 parking spaces surround the site. By metro, Rivas Futura (line 9) is under ten minutes’ walk. Heading into the city means changing trains at Puerta de Arganda, which is worth knowing before you sign. The regional government has said the transfer will go once the current concession for that stretch ends in 2029.
The same station serves the Rivas Futura retail park, handy for errands at lunchtime. Calls and post are handled for you at reception, and rooms are available for one-off visits. Offices on the floor range from about 30 to 100 m². Companies based in the south-east of the region can also set up a registered address here. Members have 24/7 access, weekends included. Contracts can be adjusted month by month as desks are added or removed.
