The former Allianz building, easy to spot thanks to the phoenix in full flight on its façade, has been turned into a 2,800 m² flexible workspace over three floors on Calle Compositor Lehmberg Ruiz. Up to 400 people can work here, at open-plan desks, fixed desks or in private offices. A fixed desk is €299/month and a private office €399 per desk. The building is designed for people who spend the whole day on site: a gym with showers and changing rooms, a large terrace and 24/7 access for members.
The neighbourhood, just off Avenida de Andalucía, is working Málaga: 1970s blocks, notaries and clinics at street level, local bars for the morning coffee. El Corte Inglés is on the same avenue for any last-minute shopping. Guadalmedina metro station, on lines 1 and 2, gets you to the old town in one stop, and María Zambrano is one stop the other way. The planned extension of line 2 also includes a new Hilera station a few minutes from the building.
