Villeneuve-d'Ascq · Les Prés · Villeneuve-d'Ascq
Les Prés-Edgard Pisani station on metro line 2 is four minutes’ walk from a coworking space in Villeneuve-d’Ascq. The building is recent and part of a business park on rue Denis Papin. The furnished offices are air-conditioned and get plenty of natural light. Desk rental in the coworking area is 119€ a month. A private office rents from 179€ per person. Four rooms, seating up to eight, host meetings. Parking, bike storage and a registered address through company domiciliation round off the offer. Reception looks after the post from Monday to Friday.
A large shopping centre next door has fast food and more refined tables for lunch. Golf du Sart is under two kilometres away for a client meeting outdoors. The metro reaches central Lille in about twenty minutes, with no car or parking to deal with. The surrounding neighbourhoods, between campus and residential streets, keep a calmer pace than the city. An address by the metro also helps with recruiting across the whole metropolitan area. Flexible contracts make it easy to add desks as you hire.

Frequently asked questions
Can you rent a dedicated office in this coworking space?+
Yes. There are private offices for teams of every size: from a small office for 2 or 3 people to a whole floor, including offices for 10, 20 or 50 people. You choose the size that suits you, and the spaces adapt to your project, not the other way round. They come turnkey, with flexible contracts, and we give you the final price of each option with no fee for your company.
Are there conference rooms? Are they included?+
Yes. Every space has meeting rooms. Many include a set number of hours per month in your plan; when they're not included, they can be booked by the hour at reduced rates for members of the space. If meeting rooms matter to you, we factor that in when finding your space.
Do you have to sign a long commitment?+
You don't have to. There are options from one month, plus longer contracts if you'd rather have stability and better terms. You can start with little commitment and expand or change space as your team grows. We find the setup that fits your timeline.
How much does a coworking desk cost?+
Prices start from €119 per desk per month for coworking and from €179 per desk for a private office. We give you the final price of each option when we present the spaces, with no fee for your company.
Is there access to events or networking for companies?+
Many spaces run networking events, workshops and activities for their community of companies, a good way to meet other teams and create opportunities. What's on offer varies by space, and we tell you which ones have the most active community based on what you're after.
Can you access the offices 24/7 in this coworking space?+
In many cases, yes. A good number of spaces offer 24/7 access with your own key or card, ideal if your team works long hours or with clients in other time zones. Not all of them do, so if it matters to you, we filter for it from the start and only present the ones that allow it.
