The purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of using the Services and establish the rights and obligations of the parties. They take precedence over any other general or special terms and conditions not expressly approved by Officionados. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, exit this website immediately.

This website allows Users to search for and inquire about office space. Officionados acts as a broker of flexible workspace solutions and may receive a brokerage fee from the operator. Officionados may share your enquiry details with workspace providers and commercial broker partners to offer office search support services.

The Services are subscribed for an indefinite period, according to the terms defined in the contract between Officionados and the User.

Data collected on the Site and stored on Officionados' computer equipment serve as conclusive evidence of the operations conducted within the framework of these Terms & Conditions.

The User commits to comply with laws and regulations in force, not infringe upon the rights of third parties, provide all necessary information to Officionados, and use the Services strictly for personal professional purposes. The User is solely responsible for maintaining their internet connection.

It is strictly forbidden to interrupt or prevent the continuity of Services, intrude into Officionados' systems, misappropriate site resources, infringe upon the financial or moral rights of Officionados, or use the Services for illegal, fraudulent activities or to compete with Officionados. It is forbidden to copy, monetize, sell or grant access to the Services or Site content.

In the event of a translation of these Terms & Conditions, the language of interpretation will be English in the event of contradiction or dispute.

Officionados reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users who continue to use the Services after the effective date of modified terms are deemed to have accepted the modifications.
