Coworking in Part-Dieu, Lyon

Yes, free of charge. We shortlist the spaces that fit your project, set up the visits and come along so you can compare properly. You pay nothing: we're paid by the owner of the space you end up choosing, not by you.

Yes. Every space has meeting rooms. Many include a set number of hours per month in your plan; when they're not included, they can be booked by the hour at reduced rates for members of the space. If meeting rooms matter to you, we factor that in when finding your space.

Many spaces run networking events, workshops and activities for their community of companies, a good way to meet other teams and create opportunities. What's on offer varies by space, and we tell you which ones have the most active community based on what you're after.

The most central, business-focused neighbourhoods tend to cost more, but even there you'll find coworking at reasonable rates. Tell us your budget and we'll be straight with you about what to expect in Part-Dieu, what it gets you and whether a nearby neighbourhood offers more for the same money. Because we negotiate, you usually pay less than going direct.

Yes. There are private offices for teams of every size: from a small office for 2 or 3 people to a whole floor, including offices for 10, 20 or 50 people. You choose the size that suits you, and the spaces adapt to your project, not the other way round. They come turnkey, with flexible contracts, and we give you the final price of each option with no fee for your company.

We work with turnkey spaces. The plan includes furniture, internet, reception, daily cleaning, security, insurance, utilities and meeting rooms. The exact services vary by space and we detail them when we present each option.
